Have you ever heard of a Unicorn Cake? If so, you have probably seen a repeat design of a white fondant cake boasting a horn and colorful rosette buttercream mane. Don't get me wrong, it is a cute look, but we don't want to copy any other bakery's style (and we don't use flavorless fondant or overly sweet buttercream). So, we created our own! Using Lisa's signature Italian whipped cream frosting, our Unicorn Cake is frosted in a pretty shade of Lavender, Bubblegum Pink, or Bright Blue, embellished with a cotton candy sprinkle blend. What really sets our apart is the inside. Upon the first cut, you will see three colorful cake layers filled with French Vanilla Italian custard. In true LRC fashion, the cake tastes as delicious as it looks!
