In loving memory of Cathy Bua, Lisa's mother and creator of our iconic rum cake. This cake is designed to honor her legacy and style. Available only in an 8" round (serves up to 14) in the flavors Cathy's Rum Cake was most known for, with decorations reminiscent of her original quaint cake shop that opened in Chandler, in 1975. The black and white ribbon accent represents the black and white checkered floors and awnings, while the strawberries & shaved Hershey's chocolate represent Cathy's traditional cake decorations, recognized by generations of families across Arizona. The prices is $50, representing 50 years in business. Available for pickup for limited time only.
