To pay homage to her roots during the holiday season, she's selected a few of the most popular Cathy's Rum Cake® flavors to feature with the seasonal Cathy's Rum Cake® decor of fresh strawberries and hand-piped holly berries. CRC has been a holiday tradition for Arizonans for over 44 years! For freshness, we recommend picking this cake up no more than 48 hours prior to serving date, so it can be stored in the refrigerator until serving.

(The quantity of strawberries and holly berries included will vary by cake size. Available for in-store pick-up only.)

Christmas Rum Cake

Banana strawberry rum

My mother’s favorite special occasion cake, made famous by Cathy. Now that her daughter Lisa is continuing Cathy’s traditions, it will continue to be my mother’s favorite for many years to come.
