My family looks forward to each time I say I'm bringing a Pumpkin Spice cake from Lisa's Rum Cakes. I've brought others that they loved, but for some reason they just go nuts over this one! Of course, it's my favorite, too, so I don't mind at all if a birthday girl/boy asks for it for their special day (I know I ask for it on mine!)

The cake I purchased was for my brother's birthday, and was for dessert after lunch (4 people). I ordered the six-inch cake, and was a bit apprehensive about the size, but I need not have worried. The cake was a perfect size, beautifully decorated; we had plenty for all of us to get a good-size-slice, and we even shared it with the owner of the restaurant, who loved it. I got the pumpkin spice cake and all I can say is that it was DELICIOUS.

My family was so impressed with this cake they wanted 2nds at our Thanksgiving dinner. My niece took a piece home and ate two bites a day until it was gone and she still talks about how great it was. I'll definitely get this cake again.

Grat Flavored cake
In appreciation of the EXCELLENT care I recieved from the Phoenix VA Hospital, I gave a pumpkin flavored cake to warfarin clinic. In the words of one of the clinic's nurse - "It was a GREAT cake and never have I enjoyed such a cake".
What more can one say!

The pumpkin spice cake is really moist and tasty. I thought this was a rum cake but it is not. Still tasted good though!
