Graduations are a special, momentous occasion! If you want to make the celebration extra special, a tiered cake will do just that. Tell us what school and the school colors and we'll decorate this cake with a white tier on bottom, and a school color on top, with accents in both school colors. Each tier can be a different flavor and will be assembled on a heavy duty cake drum. The top tier will feature non-edible black graduation cap and white diploma similar to shown. The cake message will be written on a non-edible ribbon banner. After placing your order, Lisa will personally call to verify the information. Transportation instructions: cake will be assembled and boxed. It must travel on a completely flat/level surface in the car. We recommend floor board or trunk (never a car seat!). 

Care Instructions: summer graduation season in Arizona is hot! All tiered cakes are baked fresh, then assembled semi-frozen. That's how we've done it for 50 years with our Italian custard filled cakes. If you are serving the cake the day after pickup it will be frozen upon pickup, and you'l need to store the cake in the fridge until serve the following day. If you are serving the cake the same evening the cake will be semi frozen to be left at room temperature until served. If you need to serve your tiered cake around lunchtime or early afternoon, we encourage you to pick up your cake the day prior instead of the day of. It is challenging to transport a non-frozen tiered cake. These are generic instructions and recommendations, but we will give detailed instructions for your specific size cake and serving date when you pick-up.
