Here's some helpful information regarding our tiered wedding cakes:

PRICING

Tiered/Stacked cakes are priced by number of servings and design. Due to the vast amount of designs, we cannot give you a quote unless you show us a design and provide us with the number of guests. If you are interested in single cakes, please search by the flavor(s) you are interested in for pricing. We are happy to work with your budget. For example, we can make a small stacked cake with side sheet cakes, instead of making one large stacked cake. The smallest tiered cake we make is for 25 people.

FLAVORS

You can choose from any of our 70+ flavors for your tiered cake.  Included in the price of tiered cakes, you may choose a different flavor for each tier.  Thus, you can have a unique masterpiece of many flavors. Every Lisa's Rum Cake is frosted in our signature Italian whipped cream, which is a light vanilla flavor. Our signature Italian whipped cream is not over-the-top sweet. We believe flavor is key, so with our signature frosting you can taste each layer of cake and custard filling.

As part of our commitment to quality, flavor, and freshness we do not use fondant or buttercream icing. This allows us to bake and assemble cakes fresh within hours of pick-up/delivery, unlike buttercream and fondant creations that are made several days before your event. 

WEDDING CAKE TASTINGS

 We offer Wedding Cake Tastings if you are having at least 50 guests at your wedding. The tasting fee of $50 and includes: one-on-one consultation with Lisa and two to four cake flavors to sample of your choice, for up to 4 people. The amount of flavors depends on the approximate guest count (see below).

You don't have to pay for a tasting to taste our cake!  You are more than welcome to shop our daily variety of Cake CUTS® (slices), available at our bakery.  CUTS range from $4.99–$7.99 each depending on the flavor, including tax. We also offer a daily special "Buy 4 Get 1 Free." Click here to see our current menu/virtual pastry case and reserve your slices. Flavors rotate weekly, but our signature flavors (Strawberry Rum, Tuxedo, Chocolate Chocolate Rum, and Limoncello) are always on the menu.  

**Please Note: if you purchase your tiered cake and pay for it in full at the time of the tasting, the $50 tasting fee will be deducted from the cost of the tiered cake. Full payment are NOT required at the time of the tasting, but we encourage you to purchase as soon as you have your count because our calendar books up quickly. Full payment is required at the time of ordering (no exceptions). Please note: cake tasting fee will not be deducted, if the wedding cake isn't purchased at the time of the tasting.

DESIGNS

Lisa has created a lot of wedding cake designs in her 40 years of making cakes. We have an album of various designs at our shop. If you have a picture of how you would like your cake to look, you may email us for a custom decor quote. Please keep in mind, if you provide us a picture of a fondant or buttercream design, our creation will not look identical in whip cream. We strive to make your wedding cake customized to your liking in design and flavor.

DELIVERY

Delivery charges are calculated by the distance from our store in Gilbert. For a quote, please contact us with the physical address.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

For cancellations, we offer full in-store credit ONLY.  If you have decrease in your guest count, we can give you an in-store credit for the difference in the amount of people (with a minimum two weeks notice).  Please note: in-store credits DO NOT expire and can be used on any/all of our products.
